SAFE CONTACTS POLICY

Anna and her team have already been contacted by thousands of local residents asking for help with different issues. The overwhelming majority of contacts have been appropriate and polite. However, sadly, we have already had a few instances of unacceptable or threatening behaviour.

​Following the murder of two MPs in recent years, Anna Sabine and her team will be working within the following safe contacts policy:

• Threats, abuse, harassment, swearing, intimidation, aggression and shouting will not be tolerated.
• If your contact with Anna or a member of her team includes any such content, we will end our communication with you and we may report you to the appropriate authorities.
• This policy applies to all forms of contact, including email, social media, phone calls and in-person events and meetings.

We appreciate that you may be contacting Anna about a situation that is causing you great frustration or distress, but it is not appropriate for Anna or her team to be subjected to any form of abusive behaviour.
